• E-mail Marian with a list of ordered items and customer’s name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
• Complete the Order Form and mail to:

• Complete the Order Form and send by fax to (916) 429-1360.

Payment and shipping information:

1. When your order is ready for shipping, Marian will e-mail or phone costumer with information on the shipping date, postage amount, and the total payment due.
2. Order will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on customer preference.
3. Customer must mail payment, within 5 days of the shipping date, to:

        Sacramento, CA 95831
4. Payment may be made with a business, personal, or cashier’s check, or money order, payable to Marian Wong Design.
5. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, the customer will incur an additional $25 fee.
6. NEW: Payment can also be made by major credit card through PayPal. Sign up for a PayPal account at the site if you don't have a PayPal account already. Login and make payment to the e-mail address mwong@mwongdesign.com.
